The ceramic housing is 3 cm thicker than all other ceramic grills. Together with a newly developed fiber mesh seal and a strong lock, this ensures that the BBQ Master Kamado XL Pro does a better job of keeping the heat and moisture of the food inside the grill. Even if you grill in winter, you only need a little coal or wood: just one fire is enough for 3 to 4 hours of grilling and for 8 to 10 hours of fuming.

The new Top-Vent can be removed to light the fire and then provides optimum protection against rain penetration. The air supply can be easily regulated thanks to a scale.
Thanks to the spiral spring, the lid is easy to open.

Beech wood charcoal 5 kg Traditionally and sustainably produced charcoal made from pure beech wood
Pure beech is used to produce charcoal that glows particularly hot and for a long time. The hand-picked charcoal can be lit within a short time using the electric chimney starter. It is ready for use on the barbecue after just 2-3 minutes and does not stink or smoke. This is due to the high carbon content (up to 95%), which is only achieved when the charcoal is smouldered in the traditional way.
How can you recognise good charcoal?
You should still be able to see that the charcoal was once a piece of wood (structure, shape). Unlike tropical wood, you can still see the annual rings. It shines like gold at the fractures. Here you can see that the carbon content must be very high. Pieces of hardwood charcoal hardly dust and stain only slightly.
The charcoal from the Eisenhammer charcoal kiln, one of the last traditional charcoal kilns in Germany, is very different from industrially produced products. The charcoal, made from 100% pure beech, consists exclusively of sustainably felled beech wood from the Dübener Heide in eastern Germany. The charcoal has been specially sorted into very large pieces according to our needs.
Piece size 6-18cm. You only need about half the amount you are used to. So you'd better start with less, because a refill is quickly done and the embers are also quickly hot again. This way, you will experience relaxed barbecue evenings and if it gets a bit longer, you won't have any big effort with our charcoal.

The charcoal basket improves the air circulation in the Kamado. Thanks to the easily removable charcoal divider, you can easily create two temperature zones. The charcoal basket is ideal for keeping the embers controlled on one side of the grill. With indirect grilling, the food is not placed directly over the coals, but cooks slowly. The direct method is particularly suitable for grilling kebabs and smaller pieces of meat.

Use our untreated, 100% natural, extra-high Himalayan salt plates to grill on gas or coal, but also to keep food cool longer! It looks very noble when served - and gives your dishes a unique spice. Always reusable!
You probably know Himalayan salt from the kitchen, possibly also as a lamp, which spreads a pleasantly warm glow. Now you can use this valuable natural resource with its excellent heat conduction properties, which are even better than with a normal stone plate, also for grilling - for example for juicy steaks, chicken, aromatic lamb chops or delicious fish:
Simply heat the salt stone at room temperature with the grill grate for approx. 30-45 minutes to 250°C up to a maximum of 275°C and place the barbecue food unseasoned on the salt block, as the salt stone itself gives its special spice. Then, if necessary, just a little pepper and you will have a perfect experience.
However, you can also use the salt stone only as a finishing option, in which you already grill the barbecue food and sizzle on the salt block ready to get the unique taste to your barbecue food.
The Himalayan salt block is also ideal as a serving plate for dishes that need to remain chilled for as long as possible. Simply place it in the freezer in good time - and then serve it stylishly with sushi, gravad salmon, a fruit/cheese platter or even a ice-cream cake. The guests will be amazed!

Pure beech is used to produce charcoal that glows particularly hot and for a long time. The hand-picked charcoal can be lit within a short time using the electric chimney starter. How can you recognise good charcoal?
You should still be able to see that the charcoal was once a piece of wood (structure, shape). Unlike tropical wood, you can still see the annual rings. It shines like gold at the fractures. Here you can see that the carbon content must be very high. Pieces of hardwood charcoal hardly dust and stain only slightly.
The charcoal from the Eisenhammer charcoal kiln, one of the last traditional charcoal kilns in Germany, is very different from industrially produced products. The charcoal, made from 100% pure beech, consists exclusively of sustainably felled beech wood from the Dübener Heide in eastern Germany. The charcoal has been specially sorted into very large pieces according to our needs.
Piece size 6-18cm. You only need about half the amount you are used to. So you'd better start with less, because a refill is quickly done and the embers are also quickly hot again. Grill Grate Cleaner The grill grate granulate removes the strongest incrustations and grease residues on the grill grate and burner cover made of stainless steel.
During normal cleaning of the grill grates, there are always small residues left on the edges and undersides that do not interfere with normal operation. During the annual basic cleaning, you want to remove all dirt from the grates.
The simplest method is an immersion bath with grill grate cleaner.
Simply bringing it to the boil is enough to give the cleaning process full power.
The granulate is highly active and enables stainless steel barbecue grates to be cleaned effortlessly and quickly. The grill grate cleaner removes incrustations on grill grates and burner covers without much manual effort.
The cleaner must not be used for parts made of aluminium or cast iron!
