Shipping and delivery details
Shipping costs are determined by weight and size. The shipping costs for parcels are EUR 8.90 - EUR 29.90. Orders over 30kg or oversized items are delivered by a forwarding agent (free kerbside). The shipping costs for forwarding goods are EUR 34.90. The exact costs are shown with each item. When ordering several items, only the amount of the heaviest item will be charged.
Delivery
Delivery is made from our warehouse in Germany. Orders are prepared for shipment and dispatched by Grieshaber Logistic Group. The delivery of the ordered articles takes place exclusively in Germany, Austria. You will receive the goods comfortably by DHL directly to your home. The delivery of forwarding goods is made to the curb. Fast Tech assumes liability for the transport and undertakes to exchange defective items delivered.
Liability is transferred to the buyer once the item has been delivered. An item is considered delivered when:
- the delivery service has deposited the parcel in the drop box. The tracking number is decisive.
- the customer has signed the delivery note of the supplier for forwarding shipments.
The customer is responsible for the correct recording of the address data. If a postal parcel is returned as undeliverable, the return costs and redelivery at a price of EUR 14 will be charged to the customer. If the buyer waives a new delivery, Fast Tech GmbH can charge EUR 20.- for the effort and the shipping costs for delivery and return.
Delivery dates and delay
The articles will be delivered within three to four working days after receipt of the order. The delivery dates are indicative and without guarantee. This applies in particular as a result of delivery problems at the manufacturer. If a delivery was delayed by Fast Tech beyond a delivery date guaranteed in writing, the customer can put Fast Tech in default after expiry of an additional period of at least three weeks to be set by him in writing and can withdraw from the order after unused expiry of an appropriate additional period of at least one week. Further claims are excluded. If the customer has already made a payment (cash in advance), he has, after the expiry of the additional period, the right to the repayment of the amount paid. A claim in the form of an invoice is required
