The Teppanyaki - stainless steel plate is one of the best achievements for grills.
Almost all barbecue food that settles liquids that would normally end up in the grill, or light food such as vegetables, fish, eggs that would fall apart on the grill, can now be grilled easily. Even Kaiserschmarrn can be grilled this way.
Stainless steel is tasteless, quickly reaches operating temperature and keeps the temperature much more constant than a normal frying pan.
Remnants have no chance to settle in the steel and the liquids remain safely on the plate through the high rim.
The cleaning of the Teppanyaki plate is very easy. It is best to wait until the plate has cooled down a little and pour a glass of water onto the still warm plate. Allow to work in a little and then you can simply remove the remains. Finally, just wipe with a paper towel - done.
