The grooved, classic grill surface is perfect for meat, skewers and sausages, while the smooth surface can be used for vegetables or seafood. Any frying liquid can drain off and is collected in a practical container with the optionally available Volt aluminium drip trays. It can also be used for delicious sauces or disposed of in a practical and environmentally friendly way.
To clean, lift the cast iron grate and the cast iron plate out of the grill. Then brush them off with a soft brass brush. The fat drip tray can easily be pulled out at the side.
